It seems that teams shoot the three better late in a game when they have to make them. It must be a matter of concentration that improves their accuracy at the end of a game.

Years ago I heard Johnny Miller, in an interview, talk about how he made so many birdie putts. He said that in his mind he would convince himself it was for a par and every pro grinds a lot harder on par putts. He said his concentration level went up substantially.
