Looking at my calendar for the next few weeks, I don't see any chance that I will be able to finish my taxes by April 15th. But I will have a lot more time starting in May, so I figure I will just file an extension. Never done that before, but great!

Turns out that I have to figure out my tax liability just to file the extension. Whats the point? If I am doing that, why don't I just file my taxes? Stupid.
