How old is your kid and how's her sleep? In my own practice, I've seen several kids diagnosed with ADHD who really had sleep-disordered breathing/OSA. Address the sleep issue and the "ADHD" goes away. They can actually pay attention to something for more than 5 minutes because they aren't being woken up 10 times/hour at night because they can't breathe. This is not the only cause of distracted kids, but it is something I encounter on a regular basis.

Point is, if your kid isn't getting "better" with standard therapy for ADHD, maybe ADHD isn't the right diagnosis...
