I know 1280 sucks but it was a commercial on 1320 and I like listening to Locke when he's not announcing mean. He took it to Kanter hard for a good 10 straight minutes. It was hilarious. The best quote was attributed to an unnamed member of the staff or front office. It went something like " You wonder if its the language a barrier or the culture difference or if he really is just an @$% ****?"
