Saltgrass Steakhouse is a little pricey, but has great food.
If you are looking for BBQ and a little cheaper, Shady Oak BBQ is serviceable but not the greatest BBQ ever. I'd recommend going into the Stockyards area and eating at Riscky's if you want good BBQ.
