Sounds good. Desperate for a coach who, like Pope, can connect with players.

Would love to have a modern defensive specialist but might have to find that in someone else. Priority must be on recruiting and retaining. Rose is the perfect public face, but he maintains strict psychological distance from his players and Nashif is even more detached.
