It reflects most of the best teams whether they play up-tempo or slow it down. The key is to be better at what you do than your opponent.
As a frame of reference, Jimmer's Sr. year, when we had rim protectors (Hartsock and Davies) and perimeter defenders (Emery, KC and Abouo) we had a scoring margin of +13.5 (81.4 ppg/67.9 opp ppg).

If we continue to hover around 80-85 ppg and can keep our opponents under 70 ppg, that should be a recipe for some great teams IMO.
I think Kaufusi could be a HUGE help defensively next year as a rim protector (along with Davis). Kaufusi averaged 1 block a game playing only 16.5 mpg last year. His experience and timing will improve, and his minutes should go up.
