He gets credit for recruiting Wright and Poeltl, sure. But I'm not seeing a pipeline of kids like that. He'll get a pass next year because Poeltl will have left a year earlier than most expected. I just don't think he'll continue to get the talent that he got this year.

Taylor, Loveridge, Tucker, and Chapman are all nice role players. It's unclear who will carry the team next year.
