Unless he can negotiate exclusives with artists people want to hear I just don't see it gaining much market share. The whole business model is about serving the artists rather than catering to consumers. The price is higher, the UI is not a differentiator, and most people listen on devices that are portable without focus on fidelity. He will grab some audiophiles but I don't think he will get the younger demographic that he is seeking.
