And older lady was unhappy with something one of my employees did
recently. It was relatively small but I was working to fix the issue quickly. She told me she had called Gephardt and I could expect to be reprimanded.
I gave her her 3.47 cents back, told her sorry, and went in my office and rolled my eyes.
