I think you mean "Faulty"
And we can agree to disagree, but you don't help your cause by reinterpreting my post, dismissing it as "whining" and "hand-wringing" and sweeping it all under the rug.

As I see it, (and this is where we can legitimately disagree without affixing unhelpful labels) Bronco is not "re-emphasizing" culture; rather, he is consistently reinventing and rebranding. New slogans, new mottos, new coaching philosophies, new schemes, new coordinators, etc.

I appreciate that you have to fix what is broken, but it feels an awful lot like focusing on fires each season. For example, last year, he focused on the OL--to the defense's utter dismay. In years prior, he has done similar things--putting lots of attention on one facet of the team or the game to the detriment of other facets.

I'm not calling for his head (yet). I'm not wringing my hands (yet). But I've been involved in enough sports and professional organizations to recognize that when the organization is reactive like this, it can become systemic and will stifle progress.

That said, if I'm wrong, I'd be supremely happy to see it.
