They would strongly oppose the selling of discounted ROC passes to their student body as they are trying to grow their own support for their sports. Heck they even offer students free UVU gear if they trade in old non-UVU collegiate attire.

So it's in UVU's best interest to play BYU, and BYU might as well succumb since the mentality and culture at UVU has shifted in the last few years.
