ManicBlue

Kauai is all beach/nature (and crazy wild chickens).
Oahu is very commercialized and much more crowded.
Maui is a really nice mix of both IMO.

All are great and you really can't go wrong with any of them.

Avoid Ko'olina... Beaches/lagoons are crap there. Kailua/lanikai are very nice,
