BYU brought a TON to the table that Gran Canyon never could.
That said, I'm still surprised The WCC welcomed us in. They may be a good fit for us in a lot of ways, but we seem a very odd fit for them in most ways.
And I say that as a fan who's quite pleased with our membership in the WCC. If they had bigger facilities I'd be more encouraged by them as a longterm fit.
