I think there are some really good holes. I just don't think they have the

money to maintain the course. The greens are getting better. They were always terrible about 3 years ago and back.

My main issue with the course is it always takes waaaaaay toooooooooo loooong to play 18 holes. It is ridiculous. The par 3's just eat up the average and below average golfer.
