the builder built the best phase first: About 15 units are standing, but only a few have the truly outstanding views of the golf course and the lake. The rest have generally solid views, but I'm really drawn to the first batch. Once those are gone, I'd likely lose interest. But I definitely appreciate the input! It really does help. I may just need to step out of my comfort zone on this one.
