Diagnosing loud tire noise. Bad wheel bearing/hub?
I have recently noticed that the rear passenger tire on my car is very loud - like a roar. It gets louder the faster I drive. I took it to the tire shop and they said the tire is fine. I later replaced the tire (I replaced all of them because they were worn) and the same loud noise persists, so it's not the tire.

The only that makes the noise go away is when I swerve sharply to the right. The noise disappears completely when I swerve But as soon as the weight goes back onto that tire the loud noise returns.

Do you think I can solve this problem by replacing the rear wheel hub? Seems like an easy fix, but I'm not 100-percent sure that's the problem. Also, do I need to replace wheel hubs in pairs or can I just do one?
