To split up schools from the same state (Kansas-KState, Ok-OkSt, UT-TTech, AND
Baylor apparently), there'd have to be a soft landing spot for both of them, otherwise the State Legislatures won't allow it.
I could see that yewting BYU over once more before the end of this. It happened in 96, and benefited Utah last go-round.
There are just too many middle-o-the-country teams who are chained to their stronger state-mate to think it will be possible for BYU to get in alone.
