We have called them multiple times for support since it freezes up and they say just unplug it and then plug back in to restart. Its probably 30% of the time that the kids go to use it that it freezes so its pretty annoying to always be plugging and unplugging it. I have played it twice with the kids so I am not a gamer and have nothign to compare it to but for the price it sure seems like it should work consistently............
