It had a LOT more than better conditioning involved with it. Andrus & Nielson
both went from pretty bad to being able to hold their own against better players, & Worthington drastically improved, despite being majorly talent-challenged.
Has everyone forgotten how drastically Hartsock improved overnight right after Pope arrived???
Noah always gave Pope the credit (not really surprising).
