Speaking as a Duke fan, I wouldn't be surprised if K offers. He complained a little this season about how he doesn't have enough guys to run 5-5 scrimmages. K is starting to recruit a lot more like Kentucky (1 and done talent) and some of the Duke guys you could say are being recruited over - when this happens, oft times they transfer (Ojeleye and Murphy). With guys transferring his depth is severely limited. Coach K recently signed Antonio Vrankovic who isn't even a top 150 recruit. He wants a couple of four-year guys who provide depth and help with practices. Ainge is talented enough where he could merit a scholarship. He probably won't play very much, but he could be a useful role player.
