I liked it because I could get a bike that was new, but somewhat discounted and still could choose among the things that were important to me. Those things were.. a reputable brand, carbon fiber, and a bike that would hold my interest if I wanted to keep cycling, but not too expensive if I hated cycling.

I ended up with a Specialized Roubaix that I've really, really liked. In fact, I'm going to head out on a nice ride in a few hours.
