Noah is great, but Rose is looking for a head assistant and Noah doesn't

have the experience yet for that job. I think Quincy or the ASU guy would be great. I was kind of hoping that Noah would be hired as the Head of Basketball Operations. That would have kept him at BYU and made it possible for him to be an assistant down the road.
