Have you had any offers? Any showings? Did he not post it on the MLS?
It's pretty hard to be a "terrible" selling realtor. Take decent pictures. Check. List it on the MLS. Check. Return other realtor's inquiries. Check.
If you are within a 90 mile radius of SLC the market is hot. If you haven't had any offers it's because your home is grossly overpriced.
