and then whine about it. If you want professional movers or moving insurance, you can pay for it. Otherwise, just be grateful that people volunteered and showed up without compensation (except for your donuts and OJ).
I helped move these people one time and when we showed up, they had this huge piano that they wanted us to take down several flights of stairs. Not only did we just about kill one of the elders in the ward, but we slightly damaged the piano. The husband was mad about it, and I just couldn't believe he had the gall to even ask us to help move it.
Again, you get what you pay for. And if you ask for volunteers, at least have the class to be grateful.
