I have had cheap charcoal smokers in the past. Have a Great Outdoors, Smoky Mountain propane smoker now. Like the convenience of propane, but looking to upgrade to a quality unit that will last. Have never used a pellet smoker and I'm a little leery of the dependability of all the moving parts and electronics. Leaning towards the Green Mountain pellet for a change, but I like the Humphrey's too. Thanks for any input. (I have a natural gas Weber for grilling.)
