Apparently he was caught for underage drinking and resisting arrest. Many have speculation that his punishment will be from nothing or maybe 1-3 games.

At BYU he'd not only be gone from the football team, but the school as well. Bronco has a tough job getting and keeping athletes to play at BYU. I'm guessing 95%+ of college do the same thing and absolutely nothing is thought of it. It's no simple task to be a coach at BYU.
