First BYU gets a single and the next batter attempts to bunt to move him to second. The ball hits the bat and goes fair but the umpire thought it hit the batter (probably hit his hand) and called the play dead. They send up a pinch hitter and he gets hit by a pitch.

The next batter hits a ball to shortstop who attempts to tag the runner from second and throw to first. It looked like he tagged him but the umpire said he missed him. (no angle on the W to tell)

BYU had second and third with one out and first base open. SF decided to pitch to the batter and he obliged by swinging at three balls out of the strike zone and struck out. Again they have first base open and should create the force at all bases but they opt to pitch. Then the pitcher throws a wild pitch to end the game with the runner from third scoring.
