My almost four year old is a punk to her two year old sister. She pushes her down, slams fingers in cupboards and basically bullies her everyday. She used to be so sweet but the last few months (about since the new baby was born) has been a terror. Consequences don't seem to work as it seems she gets a kick out of hurting her sister. She gets plenty of attention throughout the day so I don't think she's hurting for it.

We're about at our wit's end. We don't spank but I've threatened a couple times and have come close a couple times. Sometimes I wonder if she needs a good swatting to make her stop but then I think that bullying her for bullying someone else may not be the best idea but I've had enough of her behavior.
