I know a guy who took a group of Scouts up there years ago, and when the weather turned, it became a matter of life and death on the choppy water..I can't recall the stats from his 1st hand account when sharing the story at a combined youth meeting, but 1 or 2 scouts were killed when they drowned...That lake can be very dangerous unless the conditions remain calm.
