It gave a history of climbing in Yosemite and the background of some of the more famous climbers. It was interesting that the first ascent on El Capitan was in 1958 and was an 18 month project. They would climb, set bolts, come down and start all over again the next day. By the year 2012 Alex Honnold and his partner had set a new record of 2 hours and 23 minutes for the climb. It's unbelievable what some people can accomplish.
