seems roughly the same as far as the economy/first/third worldness goes.
Went to the capital where there was a seemingly nice dental office. He didn't have any staff... he received me, took an x-ray, did something to the tooth, and checked me out. That being said, he seemed to have all the right tools and it was clean, etc.
My tooth was being super-sensitive... he didn't see anything on the x-ray, so he just brushed something on the tooth. The sensitivity eventually went away, but I found out a few years later that it only went away because the nerve completely died.
Can't blame the guy... American dentists also didn't see anything until they drilled all the way in for a different reason.
