It's a new way to interact with technology. Removing friction from your
interactions will enable a whole new set of use cases. And having it on your wrist and instantly accessible will enhance many of your current use cases.

Right now I am excited about it for the following reasons: Apple pay, fitness tracking, discreet notifications, the taptic feedback, new forms of communication, consuming the most important information with a glance, and the customizable style.

But I am also excited for the kind of revolutions it can inspire. It is easy to see it becoming a whole new form of identification and authentication. Basically the key to all of your technology in your life. Keyless entry to your car, home and office; location based controls of your appliances and devices; a replacement for passwords; a form of identification and payment. All while being stylish, secure, and effortless.

And that's just how it is currently constructed. The original iPhone led to a technological revolution that changed the way most of us live and work. But it didn't have anywhere near the features the current iPhone has or even the cheapest current Android. But it sold the world on a new form of interaction - the multi touch screen. All the rest of the ecosystem was made possible by that breakthrough. I think the Apple Watch will be similar.
