I think it really depends on where you lived. If you lived in Branbury, 1/3 is

probably about right (and why they temporarily had their BYU Housing license revoked).

I lived in many places and I really doubt it is that high in most areas. I obviously didn't know everyone's case, but I knew kids in each ward who smoked pot and drank but it was fairly minor. Sex is probably the worst thing, but I don't think people were seeking non-committal sex in most cases.
