Teams see this as a huge red flag, if you get busted with pot the week of the draft you are an idiot. If you can't avoid smoking, or even being around pot until after the draft you either have a problem, or you are a complete moron, or both.

This could literally knock him from being a top 10 pick to out of the first round, he is going to slide because of this and he will probably lose 7 figures as a result. He may still go in the 20's, but I would not be shocked at all to see him fall well out of the first round.
