It's actually quite easy...
It's a couple of bolts to remove from the sink bottom... make sure you have plumbers putty. The pipes come off easy... It seriously shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes to remove the old one, put the new one on. The hardest part might be just making sure the drain pipe is secure and there are no leaks.
