I think it's a great idea and a great way for BYU to separate itself and do
something unique.
For those comparing Netflix to theMtn, just stop. And while Netflix won't be in sports bars and hotels, it WILL be on millions of iPhones/iPads all season long. For anyone wanting to watch a replay on Tuesday afternoon, just go to Netflix.
I love this idea. If nothing else, I could see ESPN coming harder to keep streaming services back for a while longer. But as the OP states, TV is changing. BYU is in an excellent position to be at the forefront.
