Best place to buy untrimmed or full packer briskets in Utah?
We are travelling out to Utah and staying for 3 weeks or so. My MIL asked if I would consider bringing my smoker. If I do so, where can I buy untrimmed briskets on the Wasatch front? Here in TX they have them in the regular grocery stores, but I don't know if it is that way in UT.
