Rice? That makes no sense
If Oklahoma goes to the PAC, expect 0 State to go with them. It is also highly questionable Texas goes anywhere because of the LHN. The Big 12 will likely stay together until Texas could make significantly more money by joining another conference -- we aren't quite there yet, and it will likely be several years before the PAC makes significantly more per team than the Big 12 does.
