I'd rather take the 7 seconds and lay a piece of foil down
So I don't have to clean up the nasty skin. With me what happens is I pull the fish off the grill and I plate it and chow down... Then I forget to clean the grill and the next time I use the grill I'm greeted with a hard packed piece if fish skin to clean. Haha
