Has anyone ever used a flat rate realtor? I'm thinking of listing a home and found this website http://www.intermountainproperties.com where you pay a flat rate to get your home listed on the MLS for $179. Just curious what your experience has been.

If you plan on selling the thing yourself the MLS exposure is good

Did it. Worked fine. Paid the 3% to the buyer agent and he did all work.
