of months. Had a decent amount of showings from KSL and a couple other sites. But once we were really starting to get pressed to sell it, I listed with ARI. They are flat rate and about the same price you paid. We did a 2.5% commission in the contract for the buyer's agent. We sold it fairly quick once we did that. I'm not sure if you are in a hurry. As hot as the market is, you may be able to just list it on KSL and sell it. I was asking top end of the market price on my home (which I eventually got) so I didn't take a couple of FSBO offers. I definitely recommend flat rate realtors. We really like ARI. They were very on top of it. I would never list with a traditional realtor. But I think this is a decent alternative if you are unable to sell it by owner...and the buyer's agent will typically take care of all the paperwork.
