It's hard to overstate how incredible these times are for Jason Witt:

- that's about a 4:30 mile pace
- or about 1:08 per lap on a standard 400M track
- next time you're on a track, try to sprint out 1 lap and see how close you come to 1:08
- then do it 25 times in a row

I'll also throw in a shameless #humblebrag for being in his home ward. The Witt's are one of the most amazing families you'll ever meet. Crossing my fingers that Jason will have a shot at 2016 olympic team.
