Why are the Olympic college sports part of COA adjustment increase?
Football and some basketball is what this is all about, with all the revenue those sports bring in for the schools.

The Olympic sports (or equivalency scholarship sports, not head count) really aren't anything but a little bit of a drain on schools. They don't bring in any revenue. Why are they part of this whole thing?

I understand title 9 and that schools would have to make that even out with football and basketball, but why are they paying the other male sports too? I don't get it. Those kids are already getting an incredible deal.
