I think Bronco favors hard work slightly, but for the most part is putting
the player on the field who is most capable of making the play. Sometimes that is the kid with the most talent, and sometimes that is the kid with lesser talent but is currently playing better overall due to his knowledge.
FWIW, I believe this is how most good coaches operate.
