Got the same situation on one of my properties - let the sleeping dog lay
I've disputed a couple tax notices and had mixed results. On one I took 3 comps (one on the same street) to the hearing showing a lower value per sq ft than they assessed my home at. They denied my claim. When I challenged the members of the committee the best reply I could get was, "your house looks much nicer."

Not a very objective measure. At that point I was summarily dismissed from the hearing. I told them I didn't agree with their decision and that I wanted to challenge their decision. They said tough. File a complaint with the state tax commission, it's out of our hands now. Our decision is final.

Biggest mickey mouse hearing I've ever attended. Their decision was in direct conflict with the bonafide comps I brought to the hearing. They were not bound to even consider them and could make an arbitrary decision that was binding. That's how government works.

I've also had two situations where I challenged their valuation and was granted a discount without even having to appear at a hearing. I sent in the request for a meeting and got a letter in the mail conceding a lower valuation that wasn't as low as I would argue, but close enough it wasn't worth wasting the time to go to the hearing.
