8 lbs and our biggest was close to 10 lbs. I've never understood how such a small woman could produce such big babies. Three of my children were born using an epidural and three were born with no medication (only the last one was born naturally by choice).

Again, I expressed my concerns because I saw the tremendous pain she went through on the first two babies born naturally and I desperately wanted to avoid seeing my wife in so much pain. After we discussed each other's concerns she still wanted to have the baby naturally so I supported her in the decision.
