My niece's first child was born AT HOME a little over a year ago. It's probably time to move on beyond her daughter's birth AT HOME! and fuss over things like first step, first word, first disappointment, whatever. But no, there's still a seemingly constant flow of AT HOME!!! from her. It's fine.

Well, she had breast reduction surgery about 4 years ago.

I won't say that it didn't make sense. She probably weighed 115 pounds before the surgery and closer to 100 pounds after the surgery. Her poor back!

Regardless, it does seem a little strange.
