Question for lawyers regarding contract law...
Lease agreement has values A, B and C. A calculation of the lease terms should state that A+B-C should = D, but the contract in fact states that A+B-C= F. F is a lower number than D and it is obvious that there was a clerical error in the calculation to arrive at the total F. Nevertheless the contract shows that values A+B-C = the incorrect total of F. Both parties have signed the contract.

Can the lessor require the lessee to pay the correct amount D? Or can the lessee hold that the legally binding contract states that the price should = F and therefore should only have to pay F and not D?

Thanks in Advance.
