Courts are hesitant to alter the terms of a contract, but if you have clear
Evidence that it was a mistake or if it is just a ridiculous number I would be willing to bet a judge would alter the contract. Hopefully all the parties are reasonable and they will just sign a supplemental agreement that reflects the correct price.
